SCENOGRAPHY GALLERY

On October 9, the Scenography Gallery opened an exhibition of the Nirod family, famous for its theatrical roots.

Initially, the exhibition was supposed to be dedicated to Yaroslav Fedorovich Nirod, as a logical continuation of the acquaintance with his works, which you could see in January in Lviv as part of the Kyiv Triennial of Scenography. Later, the author came up with the idea to create an exhibition not only of his personal works, but also of the works of his father, wife, children, nephews and grandchildren to show how versatile, interesting and extraordinary his family is.

The works of 10 artists from the Nirod family show how the creative atmosphere in the family influences and inspires everyone, and how seemingly unrelated things resonate with each other in mood and aesthetics.
