Serhii is the chief artist and set designer at the Taras Shevchenko Cherkasy Academic Music and Drama Theatre. His wife Natalia is a costume designer at the same theatre.

‘Their artistic style now tends to be low-key, often monochromatic, refined and somewhat pretentious.’

For Serhiy Rydvanetskyi, his theatre career began in 1998 at the Lviv Regional Music and Drama Theatre named after Yuriy Drohobych. For Natalia, it was in 1995 at the Cherkasy Taras Shevchenko Music and Drama Theatre. The first theatrical ‘home’ for the artists' spouses was the already mentioned Drohobych Theatre, the second and last - since 2003 - Cherkasy Theatre.

The artists graduated from the Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts in Lviv (now the Lviv National Academy of Arts), which introduced them to each other.

In total, the artists have staged about 90 performances in various theatres in Ukraine.
