We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Autumn School of the NSTDU, which will be held as part of the Lviv Quadriennale of Scenography 2025

This year's autumn school of the NSTDU will take place on 27-28 September in Lviv and will become an important event of the Lviv Quadriennale of Scenography 2025.

The theme of the School is historical costume, its stylisation and interpretation. Costume as a component of scenography.

School format: lecture panels, workshops and open discussions.

The School's lecturer is an artist Natalia Rydvanetska. Works in the field of graphics, stage and theatre costumes. She has created costumes for more than 100 performances in 17 theatres in Ukraine. Her works are characterised by exquisite imagery of silhouettes and rhythmic colours in the stage space. Since 2003, she has been a costume designer at the Taras Shevchenko Cherkasy Music and Drama Theatre. Laureate of the "Homo ludens" and "Melpomene of Tavria" festivals. Participant of the Prague and Lviv Quadrennial of Scenography, Tbilisi Biennial of Scenography, Triennial of Scenography named after D. Lider, personal and collective exhibitions.

In the programme:

- master classes, workshops and practical work with the School's curator,

- attending events (exhibitions and events) of the Lviv Quadrennial of Scenography,

- Meetings, discussions and a lot of communication.

SELECTION CRITERIA:

- incomplete higher or complete higher specialised education;

- compliance of the activity with the direction of the School;

- Membership of the National Society of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs will be an additional advantage.

Conditions of participation: Participation in the event is free of charge, accommodation is at the expense of the host party, travel and meals are at your own expense or at the expense of the travelling party.
