Renowned Lithuanian artists to participate in the Lviv Quadriennale of Scenography 2025

The Lviv Quadriennale of Scenography 2025will bring together leading scenographers from Denmark, Austria, and Lithuania in Lviv.
Among the participants are seven well-known Lithuanian artistswhose scenographic works have already gained recognition in Europe. We invite you to learn more about the artists' work on our website – each of them has a unique style and vision:
🔸 Yulia Skuratova – theatre artist. In her work, she experiments with forms of visual art and theatrical objects, combining different materials and artistic trends. She integrates elements of everyday life, combines art and "non-art," boldly reconstructs reality, creating a new reality that balances on the border between dream and reality;
🔸 Birute Ukrinaite (Birutė Ukrinaitė) — theatre and film artist who graduated from the Vilnius Academy of Arts with a degree in scenography (1988–1995). Since the beginning of her independent creative activity, she has gravitated towards non-traditional theatrical forms, is passionate about open-air theatre and the design of cultural events;
🔸Valdemara Jasulaityte — clothing and costume designer specialising in experimental constructions, sculptural forms and innovative 3D design;
🔸 Dovilė Gudačiauskaitė (Dovilė Gudačiauskaitė)— professional textile artist and fashion designer. She began her career in fashion design and in 2014 obtained a master's degree from the Vilnius Academy of Arts. It was her studies that shaped her as an original creative personality who works with the conceptual meanings of clothing in an original way;
🔸 Renata Valčik (Renata Valčik) — stage designer, who graduated from the Vilnius Academy of Arts in 1998 with a degree in stage design and completed her master's degree at the Academy of Performing Arts (DAMU) in Prague in 2002;
🔸 Sandra Straukaitė (Sandra Straukaitė) — fashion and stage costume designer.
Her creative approach is distinguished by non-conformism, avant-garde aesthetics and experimentalism;
🔸 Neringa Keršulytė)— a successful theatre and film artist who studied scenography at the Vilnius Academy of Arts from 1996 to 2001 and obtained a Master of Arts degree. She created her most significant works for puppet theatre performances, also tried her hand at directing and worked as an assistant director at the Vilnius Theatre Lėlė (1991–1995).
The project is implemented with the support of the Lviv City Council and the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation.
